Who Made Tony Soprano- New Show Art And Trailer For The Many Saints Of Newark In Theaters And HBO Max 10/01/21 Diana Marsh, September 22, 2021 (L-r) JOEY COCO DIAZ as Buddha, RAY LIOTTA as “Hollywood Dick” Moltisanti and JOHN BORRAS as Bishop Photo Credit Barry Wetcher October 1 is just around the corner with all eyes set on the highly anticipated film The Many Saints Of Newark. Although we see a lot of familiar names and faces within the cast it’s safe to say the new film isn’t a call back to our beloved HBO series. In fact, recently on Late Night With Seth Meyers, actor Jon Bernthal gave Soprano fans a glimpse into what they should and shouldn’t expect in the prequel- “I will say that’s different,” he told Meyers. “I think people are going to go in expecting The Sopranos — it’s not that. I think that it was very smart that they set it in the past and it’s a genuine prequel. You will see that when [Chase] was writing this show, he clearly understood the full history of who these characters were. And for the real super-fans, I think it is going to be so much fun.” Link to the full interview right here. Warner Bros (it’s Bros now I have no idea so we’ll just run with it) second teaser trailer can be seen right here Below are a few new shots and key art provided by Warner Bros Photos.
