UDON and BIGWEST team to release the first officially licensed MACROSS Art Book

During the official BIGWEST MACROSS panel at Anime Expo 2022, UDON Entertainment has announced that they will publish Hidetaka Tenjin’s Artistry of Macross: From Flashback 2012 to Macross Frontier. This book will be the first-ever MACROSS publication officially licensed by BIGWEST for publication outside of Japan.

The first of a series of books featuring Hidetaka Tenjin’s art from the MACROSS series, this first volume will cover Tenjin’s work from the series Flashback 2012 to Macross Frontier inclusive. The book will release October 18th, 2022, with a small number of preview copies available at Comic-Con International: San Diego, July 20th-24th, to celebrate Tenjin’s appearance at the event as a Featured Guest. Pre-orders are now available at Amazon.com, with pre-order availability at all retailers expected soon.
