new Ibanez BTB basses for 2017

The new BTBs continue to redefine what a boutique bass can offer. Notable this year is the inclusion of a zero fret, which gives open string notes a deeper, fretted tone and more sustain. Now standard are D’Addario NYXL strings, which boast an expanded dynamic range and increased harmonics. The 2017 BTBs combine a new, ultra-comfortable body arch, expressive Bartolini® BH2 pickups and a BTB5 5-piece maple/rosewood neck with neck-through construction, creating an extremely musical bass that features many luxurious appointments.
