multiplayer VR rhythm game Ragnarock Halloween update adds Helheim

Following a booming release in July, a metacritic score of 87/100, the ETR award for the best multiplayer VR game developed by a French studio in 2021, and a nomination for best VR game of the year at the VR Awards 2021, the viking rhythm game in VR is coming back to rock your eyes and ears on the Oculus Quest Store while presenting its upcoming Halloween update.

Available now on the Oculus Quest Store: The Hard Rock experience

A new step for WanadevStudio and Ragnarock, the Drakkars are ready to sail on Quest and Quest2, Facebook’s autonomous VR headsets, in order to introduce to many new players its Nordic universe and Rock’N’Roll.

Valhalleluja! Good news for head-bangers, cross-play functionality is also enabled! Players will be able to join their friends, paddlers, and conquer the seas in music, from their Oculus Quest, or Steam account.

They will compete in hyper-rhythmic naval races, to the sound of drums and war cries on an ever more rock/metal playlist!

Halloween Update: Welcome to Helheim on October 28

For Halloween, welcome to Helheim! A new immersive environment offering a brand new journey into Norse mythology, which will immerse players in the heart of the myths and legends of the Vikings. Two new epic and unreleased tracks from the bands Jinjer and Æther Realm also complete the current 30 songs game’s playlist.

Players will also be able to unlock an all-new collectible hammer, specially designed for Halloween, to make their banging heard eternally and shake the realm of the dead.

WanadevStudio will continue to expand its content over the months, and keeps many more surprises in the pipeline. Stay tuned, for more news in the near future.

For more information, check out  WanadevStudio Official Website and Ragnarock Offcial Website.

Ragnarock is currently available on Steam, and on the Oculus Quest Store.
