“Born To Lose, Lived To Win”
While life was passing us by, a metal legend slipped quietly away into halls of eternity. Ian “Lemmy” Kilmister was many things to many people, but to the metal community he defined what “legendary” ought to mean. His impact on our very core being will be felt for generations to come, as it should be. His bands Motorhead and Hawkwind helped define and shape the metal world that we know today, and for that, we will always be grateful. He may physically be gone, but his legacy will live on, and will be a continuous example of how to be absolutely heavy fucking metal.
