Calling all super heroes! As part of the San Diego Comic-Con convention, Hard Rock Cafe San Diego is hosting a comic book drive to send to the United States Marine Corps members who are serving overseas. Starting Monday, July 18, 2016, through Sunday, July 24, 2016, fans and Comic-Con attendees are encouraged to show their support by dropping off comic books at Hard Rock Cafe San Diego. The first 400 people to donate a comic book will receive a free, limited-edition True Hero VIP lanyard, featuring “Beautiful Monster” a stunning image by local artist, Tim Cantor. Tim Cantor acted as Artistic Director creating Imagine Dragons album cover as well as painting a piece to represent each song on the album, fourteen works of art in total. In 2015, Cantor traveled with the band on their world tour with a museum of The Art of Smoke + Mirrors.
