San Diego Comic-Con is set to get a thrilling taste of horror as Dark Sky Films marks the 50th anniversary of the iconic horror film, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre. In a unique tribute, Dark Sky Films has teamed up with local BBQ food truck operator UP IN SMOKE BBQ to create an immersive pop-up experience inspired by the movie’s infamous “WE SLAUGHTER BARBECUE” roadside store.
The pop-up BBQ truck will be stationed in the Petco Park Interactive Zone, located just across from the San Diego Convention Center and does not require a Comic-Con badge.
