Murder and mystery have always gone hand in hand with the late great Agatha Christie, and Amazon Prime Video is keeping her legacy alive and well in its two-part mini-series The Pale Horse, an adaptation of Ms. Christie’s 1961 novel of the same name, with a bit of a modern take. The cast features an all-star lineup, including Georgina Campbell (Black Mirror, Broadchurch), Kaya Scodelario (Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, Crawl), and Rufus Sewell (The Man In The High Castle, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel) just to name a few, and after watching the first trailer Amazon dropped for Pale Horse, you’ll see these characters come to life like never before. Agatha Christie’s stories are always rich with complex characters, but those enshrined in The Pale Horse are the epitome of enthralling. Photo courtesy of The Radio Times.
