California “Destroyers of Rock ‘N’ Roll” THE SHRINE have announced spring North American tour dates. The live trek will kick off on April 2 in San Diego and run through April 12 in Santa Barbara, CA. THE SHRINE continues to tour the world in support of its celebrated sophomore LP, Bless Off, an album which the A.V. Club says “blasts a cauterizing hole through the self-importance of heavy music circa the 21st century.”

Prior to the April tour kick off, THE SHRINE will showcase at the 2015 SXSW Music Festival, set for March 17-22, in Austin, Texas.

“The Shrine is headed to SXSW, followed by 12 shows in 12 nights across the West Coast with our brothers in Dirty Fences,” comments guitarist / vocalist Josh Landau. “We will be dropping to our knees to worship. Join us!”

Undoubtedly one of America’s hottest underground bands, THE SHRINE plays loud, heavy rock ‘n’ roll that combines the hook-laden appeal of ’70’s garage rock and gritty ’80’s hardcore with a skate punk energy and attitude resulting in a sound the trio describes as “psychedelic violence”.
