Arguably metal’s hardest-working band, SKELETONWITCH will continue their world tour in support of the acclaimed “Serpents Unleashed” in the spring, when the group will headline an extensive European tour with support from Goatwhore and Mortals. The “Hell Has Arrived Over Europe” tour kicks off April 3 at Norway’s Inferno Fest (Behemoth, Septicflesh, 1349), and will also include a stop at the prestigious Roadburn Festival in Holland, where the group was handpicked to appear by co-curator and recent North American tour-mate Ivar Bjørnson (Enslaved). For a full list of dates, see the tour commercial below or the itinerary at the bottom of this page.

SKELETONWITCH celebrated their 10th anniversary in 2013 with the release of “Serpents Unleashed,” their highest-charting album to date. Lauded as “the heaviest record (they’ve) ever recorded” (A.V. Club), the album was included on year-end “best of” lists by the likes of Pitchfork, Decibel and PopMatters.

True to form, SKELETONWITCH showed no mercy over the past year as they slithered throughout North America and Europe on tours with the likes of Amon Amarth, Sabaton, Enslaved, Suffocation, Havok, The Black Dahlia Murder, Ghoul, Fallujah and Black Anvil in addition to appearing at festivals and events including Decibel’s 10th Anniversary Party, Brutal Assault , Summer Breeze and Party.San Open Air. If that wasn’t enough, the band also showed off their humanitarian side by releasing a limited-edition, hand-screened “Serpents Unleashed” LP, proceeds from which were split between two no-kill animal shelters located in their home state of Ohio.

SKELETONWITCH‘s Prosthetic vinyl discography (excluding the recent series of picture disc reissues) is on sale for $9.99 until January 1 or while supplies last! Shop here: store.prostheticrecords.com/bands/skeletonwitch
