SEPTICFLESH Unveils ‘Prometheus’ Music Video, Finalizes Tour Itinerary

SEPTICFLESH are ready to ignite audiences worldwide with the premiere of their gruesome and vehement music video for “Prometheus,” taken from their critically acclaimed 2014 opus “Titan.” The band announced the debut as “the second video clip since our formation (the first being ‘The Eldest Cosmonaut” from the album “A Fallen Temple’). The storyline revolves around the theme of transformation and crossing the thin line between predator and prey. It is something that literally brings food for thought. Provoking, disturbing, resisting, surviving the ordeal…”

Directed and produced by Jon Simvonis (jonsimvonis.net) — who added “It’s been a pleasure working with the almighty SEPTICFLESH, visualizing a massive song from their latest album, an album which works on so many different levels. Bon Appetit!” — “Prometheus” is being served exclusively via Bloody-Disgusting.com Get your fill now!

SEPTICFLESH will return to North America later this month as they embark on the “Conquerors of the World III” tour with support from gothic metal acts Moonspell and Deathstars. Previously the band has appeared on worldwide tours alongside acts including Deicide, Fleshgod Apocalypse, Krisiun, Inquisition, Cradle of Filth, Amon Amarth, Gorgoroth, Satyricon and Children of Bodom, just to name a few.

Lauded as “the music of a Biblical apocalypse” (About.com/HeavyMetal), “Titan” was recorded with the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra and Children’s Choir while being mixed and mastered by acclaimed producer Logan Mader (Gojira, Fear Factory). The album contains 10 resounding tracks the band depicts as “the ultimate death metal soundtrack for your darkest dreams,” which are currently available on either 2CD Digipak including an extra disc featuring five orchestral bonus singles or gatefold 2LP.
